Due to the nature of our curated wellness boxes and the personal care products included, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

We take great care in selecting, packing, and preparing each box with intention. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing, especially if you have allergies, sensitivities, or specific product concerns.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at rootedinhealing222@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.
